Deacon's Ministry
Jesus said “The greatest among you shall be your servants.” (Matthew 23:11)
The chief responsibilities of the Deacon Ministry are to serve both the spiritual and practical needs of the congregation willingly and without recompense. Deacons at Mount Olive Baptist Church serve under the leadership and spiritual direction of our pastor and assist him in performing duties to free him for the ministry.
Education Ministry
Vision: Our vision is to empower children to achieve their ultimate potential physically and spiritually.
Mission: mission of the MOMBC Education Ministry is to help children develop positive self-worth and become proficient in reading, language arts, mathematics and other core subjects.
Golden Age Ministry
Our Mission is to Share God's Word; to show God's Love, and to minister to our homebound members, and those living in nursing homes and assisted living centers.Our Golden Age Ministry holds at its core, that serving the Lord has no Age Limit!!
Health Ministry
Isaiah 53:5
Mission Statement: But he was wounded for our transgression; he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Our mission is to serve the healthcare needs of the church by providing first aid and assistance in healthcare crisis by providing educational opportunities to the congregation and community.
Vision Statement: As a people of faith in GOD we strive to live a righteous life in mind body and spirit. We are empowered with appropriate knowledge to improve awareness on healthcare issues with a goal of maintaining wellness.
Mission Ministry
Mission Statement: The purpose of the Mission is twofold: First, reaching inward, nurturing our membership through mission study, education, fellowship and prayer. Second, reaching outward through personal witnessing, evangelizing, helping the needy and less fortunate, and seeking justice and liberty for all in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Mission Statement and Purpose
The purpose of the Welcoming Ministry is to provide a warm and welcoming environment to each person who visits the Church. We also strive to provide the information a visitors would need to fully participate in our Church thus we handout a welcome pamphlet that gives the visitor a brief overview of Mount Olive and its ministries. Our overall purpose is to make it easy for a guest who is looking for a Church Home to choose Mount Olive.

Overview
